I was introduced to this book ‘Fit Mind Fab Body: No Diet Weight Loss for Busy Women’ by Terry Bahat last week by the author herself. When I first started with the book, I was not sure what to expect, as I was not that “into” fitness, even though I really should be.
My first thought about the book was it would be telling us what to eat, counting calories, how many steps and squads etc., but as I was going through the chapters, it did not mention any of those things. I was curious and kept waiting for it to come, but all I got was encouragement through lifestyle, mindset and personal commitment.
The book was about self-love, and most of all, to be aware of who YOU are and that you are important and deserving to be healthy and fit, both mentally and physically from the inside out!..
