1.      Information we collect
GoKids.com.au respects the privacy of its on-line visitors. All registration information is collected on a voluntary basis. We only ask for e-mail addresses and names.
 

2.      How We Use the Registration Information.
GoKids.com.au uses information from registered users to notify them, from time to time, about GoKids news updates via our newsletter update.
 

3.      On-line Polls and Surveys: Occasionally we collect poll or survey responses to find out what GoKids.com.au users think, for statistical or research purposes. Our polls and surveys do not collect, nor are they linked to, any personal information, and they are completely voluntary. The results of our demographic and opinion surveys are grouped and analysed as a whole – in the aggregate. GoKids.com.au may occasionally share this anonymous aggregated information with other parties; however, no personal information is ever collected nor shared through our polls or surveys.
 

4.      Newsletters. Registered users of GoKids.com.au receive periodic updates about new features on the web site. Recipients may unsubscribe to these newsletters at any time. Only registered users can receive newsletters from the site. If a registered user wishes to unsubscribe from our newsletters, we will immediately delete his or her e-mail address from our system. 
 

5.      Online Competitions. Registered users of GoKids.com.au are able to participate in ongoing competitions on the website. All competitions carried out are children and family friendly. Personal details collected from the Answer Forms is to enable us to forward the prizes to the winners. Under no circumstances do we share, rent or sell information about our registered users to any outside third party.

6.   Children's Rights to Privacy – GoKids is especially concerned about protecting children's privacy. We encourage parents and teachers to stay involved and in control of children's Internet explorations. It is particularly important for parents to provide guidance to their children about providing personal information online. We will encourage/require the children to ask their parent’s permission before submitting their personal details to GoKids.
