The foundation of emotional intelligence in children is to allow them to learn how to identify their feelings i.e. feeling sad, fear, happy, joyful, stress, hurt, angry, and their frustrations etc. They then need to learn how to express their emotions appropriately.
So today, we will continue on from last week's fun play about identifying feelings.
